Method:

  1. In a bowl, add the flour, sugar, and yeast, and mix. Add the water and olive oil, and mix until it starts to come together. Use your hands to knead for 5-10 minutes, until a smooth dough forms. 
  2. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a tea towel, and let it rise for 1 hour. 
  3. Preheat oven to 180°C and line two baking trays with baking paper. Cook the Our Cow Nitrite Free Streaky Bacon in a frying pan over medium heat until golden on both sides. Once cooked, chop into bite-sized pieces, along with the Our Cow Free Range Pepper Salami and Our Cow Nitrite Free Ham. 
  4. When the dough is ready, punch it down to release any air bubbles. Divide the dough into two and, using a rolling pin, gently shape them into pizza bases. 
  5. To the pizza bases, add pizza sauce, parmesan cheese, and mozzarella. Then add on the bacon, ham, and salami. Finally, finish off by adding the remaining Parmesan and mozzarella. 
  6. Bake for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and golden brown. 
  7. Slice into quarters and enjoy!
