Ingredients:
- 100g Our Cow Nitrite Free Sliced Leg Ham
- 50g Our Cow Free Range Pepper Salami
- 100g Our Cow Nitrite Free Streaky Bacon
- ½ cup water
- ½ tsp active dry yeast
- ¼ tsp sugar
- 1 ¼ cup all-purpose flour
- Pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ⅔ cup pizza sauce
- ½ cup parmesan cheese
- 1 cup mozzarella
Method:
- In a bowl, add the flour, sugar, and yeast, and mix. Add the water and olive oil, and mix until it starts to come together. Use your hands to knead for 5-10 minutes, until a smooth dough forms.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a tea towel, and let it rise for 1 hour.
- Preheat oven to 180°C and line two baking trays with baking paper. Cook the Our Cow Nitrite Free Streaky Bacon in a frying pan over medium heat until golden on both sides. Once cooked, chop into bite-sized pieces, along with the Our Cow Free Range Pepper Salami and Our Cow Nitrite Free Ham.
- When the dough is ready, punch it down to release any air bubbles. Divide the dough into two and, using a rolling pin, gently shape them into pizza bases.
- To the pizza bases, add pizza sauce, parmesan cheese, and mozzarella. Then add on the bacon, ham, and salami. Finally, finish off by adding the remaining Parmesan and mozzarella.
- Bake for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and golden brown.
- Slice into quarters and enjoy!
