Ham and Cheese Pizza Scrolls

Ingredients:
- 200g Our Cow Nitrite Free Sliced Leg Ham
- 250g self-raising flour
- 270g Greek yoghurt
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp onion powder
- 2tsp dried oregano
- Salt and pepper
- ¼ cup pizza sauce
- ¾ cup shredded cheese
Method:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C and line a baking tray.
- Add flour, Greek yoghurt, and seasonings to a bowl and mix until it starts to come together. Flour your surface and knead until smooth. If it’s too sticky, add a little more flour.
- With a floured rolling pin, roll the dough into a large rectangle.
- Spread on a generous layer of pizza sauce, followed by slices of the Our Cow Nitrite-Free Leg Ham and shredded cheese.
- Cut into large strips (about 2-3 cm wide), and roll to form the scrolls. Place on the lined baking tray.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until golden
