2 tbsp tomato sauce (for extra juiciness & flavour)
Salt & pepper, to taste

To build your burger:
4 burger buns, toasted
4 fried eggs, sunny-side up
4 rashers of bacon, cooked until crispy
4 pineapple rings, lightly grilled
4 slices of beetroot
1 red onion, sliced (caramelised or raw)
Lettuce leaves
Tomato slices
Tomato sauce to serve
METHOD
In a large bowl, combine the Our Cow grass fed beef mince, flour, egg, tomato sauce, salt and pepper. Gently mix until just combined. Keeping it light helps the burgers stay juicy and tender
Form the mixture into 4 even patties. Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a pan or on the BBQ over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for 3-4 minutes each side, or until cooked through.
While the patties cook, grill the pineapple rings, crisp the bacon and toast the buns. In a separate pan, fry 4 eggs sunny-side up.
Layer your juicy beef patty on the base bun, then add your fried egg, crispy bacon, grilled pineapple, onion, beetroot, tomato and lettuce. Finish with a drizzle of sauce and the top bun.
