Ingredients

  • 1kg Our Cow Organic Chicken Thighs
  • 1 tin of Black Beans, red kidney beans and corn. (drained and washed)
  • 1 Sachet of Mexican Taco Seasoning
  • 1 Chopped Onion
  • Half a cup of stock or water
  • Chilli flakes to your liking

Method

Step 1
Put all ingredients into the slow cooker on low for 8 hours.

Step 2
Serve with rice and a dollop of sour cream.
