Reuben Sandwich

Ingredients:
- 200g Our Cow Nitrite Free*, Grass Fed Beef Pastrami
- 4 slices of rye bread
- 4 slices of Swiss cheese
- ½ cup sauerkraut
- Butter, for toasting
Sauce:
- 1 tbsp onion, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp pickles, finely chopped
- ⅓ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp sour cream
- 2 tbsp tomato sauce
- 2 tsp Tabasco
- 1 tsp horseradish
- ½ tsp Worcestershire sauce
- ¼ tsp paprika
Cooking instructions:
- In a small bowl, mix all the sauce ingredients.
- Spread a generous amount of sauce on two slices of bread. Top with Our Cow Nitrite Free*, Grass Fed Beef Pastrami, sauerkraut, and Swiss cheese. Spread more sauce on the remaining slices of bread and place them on top to form sandwiches.
- Heat a frying pan over medium heat. Butter one side of each sandwich and place it into the pan, butter-side down. While the sandwiches are cooking, butter the top side. Cook until golden, then flip and cook the other side until golden and the cheese has melted.
- Slice and enjoy!
