Turkey Bacon Breakfast Wrap

Ingredients:
- 200g Our Cow Nitrite Free, Free Range Turkey Bacon
- 4 wraps
- 4 hash browns
- 8 eggs
- 1 cup cheese
- Sauce of choice to serve
Cooking instructions:
- Cook the hash browns in the air fryer at 200°C for 15 minutes, flipping halfway through. While they’re cooking, heat a pan over medium heat and cook the Our Cow Nitrite Free, Free Range Turkey Bacon for 3-4 minutes per side.
- In a bowl, whisk the eggs with a pinch of salt and pepper. Pour into a lightly oiled pan over medium-low heat and cook, stirring, until the eggs are soft and scrambled. Remove from heat.
- Lay one wrap flat and make a cut from the centre straight down to the bottom edge (this lets you fold it into quarters). Place scrambled eggs in one section, bacon in another, a hash brown in another, and sprinkle cheese over the final section.
- Fold the wrap by starting at one quarter and folding it over the next section, then continue folding until you have a layered triangle.
- Toast the folded wrap in a pan or sandwich press for a few minutes on each side until golden and crispy, and the cheese has melted.
- Repeat with the remaining wraps, then serve with your sauce of choice.
