  1. Cook the hash browns in the air fryer at 200°C for 15 minutes, flipping halfway through. While they’re cooking, heat a pan over medium heat and cook the Our Cow Nitrite Free, Free Range Turkey Bacon for 3-4 minutes per side.
  2. In a bowl, whisk the eggs with a pinch of salt and pepper. Pour into a lightly oiled pan over medium-low heat and cook, stirring, until the eggs are soft and scrambled. Remove from heat.
  3. Lay one wrap flat and make a cut from the centre straight down to the bottom edge (this lets you fold it into quarters). Place scrambled eggs in one section, bacon in another, a hash brown in another, and sprinkle cheese over the final section.
  4. Fold the wrap by starting at one quarter and folding it over the next section, then continue folding until you have a layered triangle.
  5. Toast the folded wrap in a pan or sandwich press for a few minutes on each side until golden and crispy, and the cheese has melted.
  6. Repeat with the remaining wraps, then serve with your sauce of choice.
  7. Enjoy!
