Ingredients
- 500g Our Cow Pork Mince
- 1/2 onion
- 1/2 tbsp oil
Sauce:
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, minced
- 1 tbsp honey
Toppings (to taste and serving size):
- Grated carrot
- Shredded red cabbage
- Cilantro
- Sesame seeds
Method
Step 1
Saute half of an onion in 1/2 tbsp oil, add pork mince, and brown for 5 minutes.
Step 2
Add ginger and garlic, cook for another 2 minutes.
Step 3
Add the rest of the sauce ingredients and cook on low heat for 5 minutes.
Step 4
Spoon mixture into lettuce leaves (makes approximately 8 wraps).
Step 5
Top with selection of toppings as desired!
