Sticky Pork Spare Ribs

Ingredients
500g Our Cow Free Range Pork Spare Ribs
1/3 cup Teriyaki Sauce
1/3 cup Coconut Sugar (or brown sugar)
1 tbsp Oyster Sauce
1 tbsp Fish Sauce
2 Garlic Cloves, minced
2 cm Ginger, minced
Method
Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
Combine in a bowl teriyaki sauce, sugar, oyster sauce, fish sauce, garlic and ginger.
Place ribs in baking dish and coat with marinade.
Cover with foil and bake for 1 hour. Remove the foil, flip and cook for a further 20 minutes.
To crisp up, increase the oven temperature to 200 degrees. And bake for a further 10 minutes.
Serve and enjoy!
