Sticky Pork Spare Ribs

Ingredients
- 500g Our Cow Free Range Pork Spare Ribs
- 1/3 cup Teriyaki Sauce
- 1/3 cup Coconut Sugar (or brown sugar)
- 1 tbsp Oyster Sauce
- 1 tbsp Fish Sauce
- 2 Garlic Cloves, minced
- 2 cm Ginger, minced
Method
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
- Combine in a bowl teriyaki sauce, sugar, oyster sauce, fish sauce, garlic and ginger.
- Place ribs in baking dish and coat with marinade.
- Cover with foil and bake for 1 hour. Remove the foil, flip and cook for a further 20 minutes.
- To crisp up, increase the oven temperature to 200 degrees. And bake for a further 10 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy!
