Sticky Pork Spare Ribs

Ingredients

  • 500g Our Cow Free Range Pork Spare Ribs
  • 1/3 cup Teriyaki Sauce
  • 1/3 cup Coconut Sugar (or brown sugar)
  • 1 tbsp Oyster Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Fish Sauce
  • 2 Garlic Cloves, minced
  • 2 cm Ginger, minced

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
  2. Combine in a bowl teriyaki sauce, sugar, oyster sauce, fish sauce, garlic and ginger.
  3. Place ribs in baking dish and coat with marinade.
  4. Cover with foil and bake for 1 hour. Remove the foil, flip and cook for a further 20 minutes.
  5. To crisp up, increase the oven temperature to 200 degrees. And bake for a further 10 minutes.
  6. Serve and enjoy!
