Airfryer Roast Pork

  • 1.5kg Our Cow Pork Roast
  • Plenty of Salt
  • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 3 x Apples (Granny Smith)
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 Tsp of Cinnamo


Pork with Crackle:

Step 1
Unwrap Pork roast and pat dry with paper towel, leave uncovered in fridge overnight.

Step 2
Turn on Air Fryer to max temp for 5 mins.

Step 3
Remove Pork roast from fridge and pat dry again with paper towel, boil the jug and pour boiling water over the skin, this will dry it out and make awesome crackling.

Step 4
Pat dry again and then rub oil over skin, then salt heavily, don't be afraid of getting salty!

Step 5
Place Pork roast skin side up, in the Air Fryer for 45 minutes at full temperature (200°C), then turn it down to 160°C and cook for 1 hour or until internal temperature reaches 70-75°C/145°F.

Step 6
Remove from Air Fryer and remove crackling, slice pork and serve with mash and veges! Don't forget the crackling!!

Epic Home Made Apple Sauce:

Step 1
Peel skin from apples and dice into small/medium pieces.

Step 2
Cook over medium heat until apples soften, you can add a little bit of water from time to time to steam them to speed up the process.

Step 3
Add Brown sugar and keep stirring until it starts smelling amazing then add cinnamon.

Step 4
Transfer to bullet mixer and add the water, blitz until smooth (can serve this warm or put in the fridge to use later, depends if you were prepared!
