Preparation Instructions: Preheat oven to 240°C (220°C fan forced). Place pork on a roasting tray and cook for 40 minutes until pork has crackled. Reduce the oven temperature to 200°C (180°C fan-forced) and cook for 25 minutes per 500g until cooked through and the juices run clear.
