Smashed Big Mac Kebab

Ingredients:
- 500g Our Cow Grass Fed Extra Lean Beef Mince
- Garlic powder
- Onion powder
- Salt and pepper
- Olive Oil
- 4 wraps or pita
- 8 slices of cheese
- Iceberg lettuce, finely sliced
- Pickles
- 1 brown onion, diced
- 400g straight-cut potato chips
Big Mac Sauce:
- ¼ cup kewpie mayonnaise
- 1 ½ tbsp tomato sauce
- 1 tbsp pickles, diced
- 1 tbsp brown onion, diced
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- Dash of pickle juice
Cooking instructions:
- Air fry the chips at 200°C for 15 minutes, shaking halfway through, until golden and crispy.
- Divide the Our Cow Grass Fed Extra Lean Beef Mince into 4 portions. Press each portion into a thin layer over one side of a wrap or pita. Season generously with garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper.
- Heat the olive oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Place the wrap mince-side down into the pan and press firmly. Cook for 3-4 minutes until the mince is browned and cooked through.
- Flip the wrap, top with 2 slices of cheese and cook for 1-2 minutes until the cheese has melted and the wrap is crisp. Repeat with the remaining wraps.
- In a separate frying pan, cook the diced onion for 4-5 minutes until softened and lightly golden.
- Combine all Big Mac sauce ingredients in a small bowl.
- Top each wrap with Big Mac sauce, lettuce, pickles, cooked onion and chips.
- Fold and serve immediately.
