Smashed Big Mac Kebab with Chips

Ingredients:

  • 500g Our Cow Grass Fed Extra Lean Beef Mince
  • Garlic powder
  • Onion powder
  • Salt and pepper
  • Olive Oil 
  • 4 wraps or pita 
  • 8 slices of cheese
  • Iceberg lettuce, finely sliced
  • Pickles 
  • 1 brown onion, diced 
  • 400g straight-cut potato chips

Big Mac Sauce:

  • ¼ cup kewpie mayonnaise
  • 1 ½ tbsp tomato sauce 
  • 1 tbsp pickles, diced 
  • 1 tbsp brown onion, diced
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard 
  • Dash of pickle juice


Cooking instructions:

  1. Air fry the chips at 200°C for 15 minutes, shaking halfway through, until golden and crispy.
  2. Divide the Our Cow Grass Fed Extra Lean Beef Mince into 4 portions. Press each portion into a thin layer over one side of a wrap or pita. Season generously with garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper.
  3. Heat the olive oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Place the wrap mince-side down into the pan and press firmly. Cook for 3-4 minutes until the mince is browned and cooked through.
  4. Flip the wrap, top with 2 slices of cheese and cook for 1-2 minutes until the cheese has melted and the wrap is crisp. Repeat with the remaining wraps. 
  5. In a separate frying pan, cook the diced onion for 4-5 minutes until softened and lightly golden.
  6. Combine all Big Mac sauce ingredients in a small bowl.
  7. Top each wrap with Big Mac sauce, lettuce, pickles, cooked onion and chips.
  8. Fold and serve immediately.
