Easy Satay Chicken
- 1kg Our Cow Chicken Thighs or Tenderloins, chopped
- 1tbs Vegetable oil
- 1 Large onion, diced
- 2 Cloves garlic, chopped
- 1/2 Cup crunchy or smooth peanut butter
- 1 Can coconut milk
- 2tbs Sweet chilli sauce
- 1tbs Soy Sauce
- 1/2 Cup Steamed rice, to serve
Heat the oil in a fry pan, add onion and garlic, cook until brown.
Add chicken and continue to cook until brown.
Add peanut butter and remaining ingredients, cook until desired thickness is reached.
Serve with rice and enjoy!
