Honey Soy Oyster Blade Steak Bowls

Ingredients:

To serve:

  • 2 bunches of pak choy, steamed 
  • 1 cup of rice, uncooked 
  • Sesame seeds 


Cooking instructions:

  1. Combine soy sauce, honey, ginger, garlic, and sesame oil in a large bowl. Add the Our Cow Grass Fed Oyster Blade Steaks and coat in the marinade. Set aside for 30 minutes to marinate. 
  2. Heat the fry pan to medium-high. Cook marinated steaks for 3 minutes per side or until cooked to your liking. 
  3. Set cooked steaks aside to rest for 10 minutes. 
  4. Cook the rice according to the packet directions.
  5. Trim the ends off the pak choy and steam for 3 minutes or until tender.
  6. Divide the rice and pak choy between serving bowls. Top with sliced steak and spoon over any remaining juices in the pan.
  7. Garnish with sesame seeds and enjoy!
