BBQ Guinness Short Ribs
- 2kg Our Cow Beef short ribs
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp smokey paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp chilli powder
- 1/4 tsp chilli flakes
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- Salt & pepper, generous amount
- 750ml Guinness stout
- BBQ sauce for basting at the end
Preheat oven to 160C.
Add all the ingredients into an ovenproof dish with the short ribs.
Cover with lid and place in oven, slow cook for 2.5 - 3 hours or until the meat is falling off the bone.
Remove lid and baste with bbq sauce before serving. Serve with creamy mash potato.
