Garlic Prawn Cob Loaf

Ingredients:
- 500g Our Cow Wild Caught Ocean King Prawns
- 1 cob loaf
- ½ cup fresh parsley, loosely packed and finely chopped
- 250g cream cheese, softened
- 300g sour cream
- ½ tbsp garlic paste
- 1/2tbsp French onion soup mix
- ½ cup shredded cheese
Cooking instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C and line a baking tray.
- Peel and wash the Our Cow Wild Caught Ocean King Prawns. Chop them up into bite-sized pieces and add to a large bowl with the parsley, cream cheese, sour cream, garlic, French onion soup mix, and shredded cheese.
- Mix until combined.
- Cut 4cm off the top of the cob loaf to form a lid. Scoop bread from the centre of the loaf, leaving 1.5cm edge. Tear or roughly chop excess bread pieces.
- Fill the hollowed-out cob loaf with prawn mixture. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden on top.
- Serve warm. Enjoy!
