Garlic Prawn Cob Loaf

Ingredients: 

  • 500g Our Cow Wild Caught Ocean King Prawns
  • 1 cob loaf 
  • ½ cup fresh parsley, loosely packed and finely chopped
  • 250g cream cheese, softened
  • 300g sour cream
  • ½ tbsp garlic paste 
  • 1/2tbsp French onion soup mix
  • ½ cup shredded cheese


Cooking instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C and line a baking tray. 
  2. Peel and wash the Our Cow Wild Caught Ocean King Prawns. Chop them up into bite-sized pieces and add to a large bowl with the parsley, cream cheese, sour cream, garlic, French onion soup mix, and shredded cheese. 
  3. Mix until combined. 
  4. Cut 4cm off the top of the cob loaf to form a lid. Scoop bread from the centre of the loaf, leaving 1.5cm edge. Tear or roughly chop excess bread pieces.
  5. Fill the hollowed-out cob loaf with prawn mixture. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden on top. 
  6. Serve warm. Enjoy!
