Ingredients:
- 300g Our Cow Wild Caught Crumbed Whiting
- Vegetable oil, to cook fish
- 3 potatoes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Flaky sea salt
Tartar Sauce
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 3 tbsp finely chopped pickles
- 1 tbsp chopped capers
- 1/2 tsp dijon mustard
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 tsp dried dill
- Salt and pepper
To serve:
- Lemon wedges
Cooking instructions:
- Cut potatoes into fries and place in a large bowl of cold water to soak for 1 hour.
- Use a tea towel to pat the potatoes dry. Add olive oil and salt, and mix to coat.
- Place them in the air fryer and cook for 25 minutes at 200°C, shaking halfway.
- Cover the base of a fry pan with vegetable oil and heat to medium-high heat.
- Once hot, add the Our Cow Wild Caught Crumbed Whiting and cook for 2-3 minutes per side or until golden.
- In a small bowl, combine all ingredients for the tartar sauce.
- Serve fish and chips with tartar sauce and lemon wedges
- Enjoy!
