At Home Fish and Chips

Ingredients:


Tartar Sauce 

  • ½ cup mayonnaise 
  • 3 tbsp finely chopped pickles
  • 1 tbsp chopped capers 
  • 1/2 tsp dijon mustard 
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 tsp dried dill 
  • Salt and pepper

To serve:

  • Lemon wedges


Cooking instructions:

  1. Cut potatoes into fries and place in a large bowl of cold water to soak for 1 hour. 
  2. Use a tea towel to pat the potatoes dry. Add olive oil and salt, and mix to coat. 
  3. Place them in the air fryer and cook for 25 minutes at 200°C, shaking halfway. 
  4. Cover the base of a fry pan with vegetable oil and heat to medium-high heat.
  5. Once hot, add the Our Cow Wild Caught Crumbed Whiting and cook for 2-3 minutes per side or until golden. 
  6. In a small bowl, combine all ingredients for the tartar sauce. 
  7. Serve fish and chips with tartar sauce and lemon wedges
  8. Enjoy!
