Drunken Chicken

Drunken Chicken

Ingredients

  • 500g Chicken Tenderloins (can also use thighs)
  • 1/2 cup seasoned flour
  • Mixed spices (whatever yanks your chain)
  • 2 Beaten Eggs
  • 1/2 cup homemade sourdough crumb (Breadcrumbs work too)

Method

Step 1
Dust bird with seasoned flour, a freezer bag works well for this.

Step 2
Dip bird in egg wash

Step 3
Crumb in sourdough crumb or breadcrumbs, you can add parsley to the crumb if you’re posh.

Step 4
Fry until golden in peanut oil (or whatever oil if you're not into nuts)

Step 5
Enjoy with squeezed lemon and mayo after a good drinking session… salad optional.
