Deconstructed Wonton Soup

Ingredients
Deconstructed dumplings:
- 500g Our Cow Free Range Pork Mince
- 3 spring onions, sliced
- 1/2 tbsp ginger paste
- 1 tbsp garlic paste
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 15 wonton wrappers, cut in half to form triangles
Broth:
- 6 cups chicken stock
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1tbsp sesame oil
- 2 bunches of pak choy
To serve:
- Spring onion
- Chilli crisp
Cooking instructions:
- In a large bowl, mix the Our Cow Free Range Pork Mince, shallots, ginger, garlic, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil.
- Scoop approximately 1tbsp of the mince and roll into balls.
- In a large pot, add the chicken stock, soy sauce, and sesame oil, and bring to a simmer.
- Carefully place the pork meatballs into the broth and let them simmer for 3 minutes or until they have changed colour and are cooked through.
- Add the pak choy and let it simmer for another 2 minutes.
- Place the wonton wraps into the broth one by one and mix gently. Let them cook for 2 minutes or until they are soft.
- Use a ladle to serve in bowls, top with spring onion and chilli crisp, and enjoy.
