Crispy Pork Schnitzel Sandwich

Ingredients:
- 4 x Our Cow Free Range Pork Loin Schnitzels
- 400g Turkish bread
- Iceberg lettuce, thinly sliced
- Pickles
- Crispy shallots
Sauce:
- ⅓ cup Mayonnaise
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- 1 tsp dried chives
- 1/2 tsp dried Dill
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- Salt
Cooking instructions:
- In a small bowl, combine all ingredients for the sauce.
- Slice the Turkish bread in half. Spread the sauce generously over the base, then top with Our Cow Homemade Pork Schnitzels, iceberg lettuce, pickles, and crispy shallots. Place the top half of the bread on, slice, and enjoy!
