Chicken Loaded Potato Gems with Big Mac Sauce

Ingredients:
- 300g Our Cow Free Range Chicken Nuggets
- 200g potato gems
- 2 slices of cheese
- Iceberg lettuce, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp crispy shallots
Sauce:
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 1 ½ tbsp tomato sauce
- 1 tbsp pickles, diced
- 1 tbsp brown onion, diced
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- Dash of pickle juice
Cooking instructions:
- Add the Our Cow Free Range Chicken Nuggets and potato gems to your air fryer and cook at 190°C until cooked and crispy (15 minutes for nuggets and 20 minutes for potato gems), shaking halfway through for even cooking.
- In a small bowl, combine all the ingredients for the sauce.
- Once cooked, spread the hot potato gems evenly over a plate and top with cheese slices.
- Roughly chop the chicken nuggets, scatter them on top, then add the iceberg lettuce.
- Drizzle generously with sauce, then finish by sprinkling with crispy shallots.
- Enjoy!
Note: if you are using an oven, you will need to cook for an extra 5-10 minutes.
