Ingredients:
- 4 x Our Cow Free Range Classic Crumbed Chicken Breast Schnitzels
- 4 large wraps
- 1 head of cos lettuce, chopped
- ⅓ cup Parmesan cheese
- 1 ½ cups salt and vinegar chips
Homemade Caesar Salad Dressing:
- ½ cup mayo
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- Salt and pepper
- ¼ cup parmesan cheese
Cooking instructions:
- Air-fry your Our Cow Free Range Classic Crumbed Chicken Breast Schnitzels at 200°C for 18 minutes, flipping halfway.
- In a large bowl, combine all the dressing ingredients. Add the chopped lettuce, parmesan, and salt and vinegar chips.
- Chop the cooked schnitzels into bite-sized pieces and warm your wraps in the microwave for 10 seconds.
- Add the salad to the wraps along with chopped schnitzel. Roll to enclose.
- Slice in half and enjoy!
