Ingredients:
- 2 x Our Cow Grass Fed Beef Paleo Burger Patties
- 250g pizza dough ball
- 2 slices of cheese, cut into quarters
- 8 pickle slices
- ¼ of a brown onion, diced
- Egg wash
- Sesame seeds
Sauce:
- 2 tbsp Gevity Original Great Guts Mayo
- 1 tbsp tomato sauce
- 1/2 tbsp pickles, diced
- 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
- Dash of pickle juice
Cooking instructions:
- Let the pizza dough rest as per packet directions.
- Preheat the oven to 180°C and lightly grease a muffin tray.
- Cook the Our Cow Grass Fed Beef Paleo Burger Patties in a frying pan over medium-high heat until browned and cooked through. Allow to cool slightly, then cut into quarters.
- Prepare the burger sauce by combining the Gevity Original Great Guts Mayo, tomato sauce, diced pickles, Dijon mustard, and pickle juice in a small bowl. Set aside.
- Divide the pizza dough into 8 equal portions and roll each piece into a small circle large enough to line the muffin tray holes.
- Press each piece of dough into a muffin hole, then add the cooked beef, a piece of cheese, a pickle slice, diced onion, and 1 tsp of the sauce.
- Fold the dough over the filling and pinch the edges together to seal. Place seam-side down in the muffin tray to help keep the bites closed while baking.
- Brush with egg wash and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- Bake for 25 minutes, or until the dough is golden and cooked through.
- Allow to cool slightly before removing from the muffin tray. Serve warm with any remaining burger sauce for dipping.
