Ingredients:
- 200g Our Cow Nitrite Free, Free Range Turkey Bacon
- 1 head of cos lettuce, chopped
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1 tomato, thinly sliced
- 250g mozzarella cheese, sliced
- 400g Turkish bread
Sauce:
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp honey
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp minced garlic or garlic powder
Cooking instructions:
- Heat a fry pan over medium-high heat. Add the Our Cow Nitrite Free, Free Range Turkey Bacon and cook for 3-4 minutes per side or until golden brown.
- In a small bowl, combine all ingredients for the sauce.
- Slice the Turkish bread in half and add a good layer of sauce, lettuce, turkey bacon, avocado, tomato, and mozzarella cheese.
- Season with salt and pepper, slice in half, and enjoy!
