Ingredients:

  • 500g Our Cow Wild Caught Ocean King Prawns 
  • 4 tbsp Kewpie mayo
  • 2 tbsp tomato sauce
  • 2 tsp Tabasco sauce 
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 celery stalk, finely diced
  • ½ a red onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp chives, finely chopped
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • 5 mini brioche hot dog buns
  • Cos lettuce 

Method:

  1. Peel and rinse the Our Cow Wild Caught Ocean King Prawns. Chop into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Add prawns to a bowl along with mayo, tabasco, tomato sauce, celery, lemon juice, and chives. Season with salt and pepper and mix until combined. 
  3. Leave in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving. 
  4. When ready to serve, heat a pan to medium and toast the brioche buns for about 3 minutes or until golden.
  5. Add lettuce to each roll, along with a few slices of red onion and the prawn mixture. Top with some more chopped chives and enjoy!
