Mince Pinwheel Skewers

Mince Pinwheel Skewers

Ingredients:

Sweet chilli dipping sauce:

  • ⅓ cup mayo
  • 2 tbsp sweet chilli sauce 
  • 1 tsp fresh parsley, finely chopped


Cooking instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C and line a baking tray with baking paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the Our Cow Grass Fed Beef Mince with the garlic paste, onion powder, paprika, salt and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Lay the wraps out and divide the mince mixture evenly between them, spreading it into a thin, even layer that covers the entire surface.
  4. Sprinkle each wrap generously with cheese. Tightly roll each wrap into a log.
  5. Using a sharp knife, cut each log into 5-6 even pinwheels.
  6. Thread the pinwheels onto skewers, fitting 4 on each skewer.
  7. Place the skewers onto the baking tray, brush with olive oil, and bake for 25 minutes, or until the mince is cooked through and the wraps are golden and crispy, flipping halfway. 
  8. Meanwhile, make the dipping sauce by mixing the mayonnaise, sweet chilli sauce and parsley in a small bowl.
  9. Serve pinwheel skewers with the sweet chilli dipping sauce. Enjoy!
