Honey Soy Oyster Blade Steak Bowls

Ingredients:
- Our Cow Grass Fed Oyster Blade Steaks
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 2tbsp honey
- ½ tbsp minced ginger
- 1 tbsp garlic paste
- ½ tbsp sesame oil
To serve:
- 2 bunches of pak choy, steamed
- 1 cup of rice, uncooked
- Sesame seeds
Cooking instructions:
- Combine soy sauce, honey, ginger, garlic, and sesame oil in a large bowl. Add the Our Cow Grass Fed Oyster Blade Steaks and coat in the marinade. Set aside for 30 minutes to marinate.
- Heat the fry pan to medium-high. Cook marinated steaks for 3 minutes per side or until cooked to your liking.
- Set cooked steaks aside to rest for 10 minutes.
- Cook the rice according to the packet directions.
- Trim the ends off the pak choy and steam for 3 minutes or until tender.
- Divide the rice and pak choy between serving bowls. Top with sliced steak and spoon over any remaining juices in the pan.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and enjoy!
