Crispy Salmon Bites with Honey Dijon Sauce

Ingredients:

Honey Dijon sauce:

  • ⅓ cup mayonnaise 
  • ½ tbsp dijon mustard 
  • ½ tbsp honey 
  • ½ tbsp lemon juice 
  • Pinch of salt 


Cooking instructions:

  1. Remove the skin from the Our Cow Wild Caught Sockeye Salmon and cut into cubes. Add to a bowl with olive oil and seasonings and mix until all coated. 
  2. Add the breadcrumbs to a plate and coat each piece of the salmon in them. 
  3. Place the crumbed salmon in the air fryer (make sure you dont over crowd them) and spray generously with olive oil.
  4. Cook at 200°C for 6 minutes per side or until golden. 
  5. In a small bowl, mix all ingredients for the sauce. 
  6. Serve crispy salmon with the sauce and enjoy!
