Crispy Croissant Breakfast Sandwich

Ingredients:
- 100g Our Cow Nitrite Free Sliced Leg Ham
- 4 croissants
- Butter
- 1 avocado
- Basil pesto dip
- Rocket
- 2 slices of Swiss cheese
Cooking instructions:
- Roll out croissants with a rolling pin until flat. Add some butter to a pan over medium heat and add 2 of the rolled-out croissants. Cook for 3 min per side, or until browned and crispy. Remove from the pan and repeat with the remaining croissants.
- On one croissant, add Swiss cheese, avocado, Our Cow Nitrite Free Ham, and rocket. To the second croissant, add the basil pesto dip.
- Enlose the croissant sandwich and enjoy!
