Ingredients:
- 2 x Our Cow Grass Fed Paleo Patties
- Olive oil
- 200g premade pizza dough ball, or puff pastry
- 2 slices of cheese
- Pickles
- Tomato slices
Big Mac Sauce:
- 2 tbsp Kewpie mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp tomato sauce
- 1/2 tbsp pickles, diced
- 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
- Dash of pickle juice
Cooking instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C and line a baking tray.
- Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Cook the Our Cow Grass Fed Paleo Patties for 4-5 minutes on each side until browned.
- In a small bowl, combine the Kewpie mayonnaise, tomato sauce, diced pickles, Dijon mustard, and a dash of pickle juice to make the Big Mac sauce.
- Roll the premade pizza dough into a large circle. Layer it over a ramekin or bowl to assemble. Add cheese, paleo patty, tomato, pickles, onion, Big Mac sauce, another patty and another slice of cheese.
- Fold the dough up and over the filling, pinching the edges tightly to seal. Place on the baking tray. Use a fork to gently poke some holes in the top, spray with olive oil and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the dough is golden brown and cooked through.
- Allow to cool for 5 minutes before slicing in half. Serve with the remaining Big Mac sauce for dipping and enjoy!
