Ingredients:


Big Mac Sauce:

  • 2 tbsp Kewpie mayonnaise 
  • 1 tbsp tomato sauce 
  • 1/2 tbsp pickles, diced 
  • 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard 
  • Dash of pickle juice


Cooking instructions: 

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C and line a baking tray.
  2. Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Cook the Our Cow Grass Fed Paleo Patties for 4-5 minutes on each side until browned. 
  3. In a small bowl, combine the Kewpie mayonnaise, tomato sauce, diced pickles, Dijon mustard, and a dash of pickle juice to make the Big Mac sauce.
  4. Roll the premade pizza dough into a large circle. Layer it over a ramekin or bowl to assemble. Add cheese, paleo patty, tomato, pickles, onion, Big Mac sauce, another patty and another slice of cheese.
  5. Fold the dough up and over the filling, pinching the edges tightly to seal. Place on the baking tray. Use a fork to gently poke some holes in the top, spray with olive oil and sprinkle with sesame seeds. 
  6. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the dough is golden brown and cooked through.
  7. Allow to cool for 5 minutes before slicing in half. Serve with the remaining Big Mac sauce for dipping and enjoy!
