Beef Mince Empanadas

Ingredients:
- 500g beef mince
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup olives, sliced
- 1/4 cup raisins
- Empanada dough or pre-made pastry
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
Method:
1. Preheat oven to 200°C.
2. Cook onion, garlic, and bell pepper in a pan until softened.
3. Add beef mince and cook until browned.
4. Stir in cumin, paprika, salt, pepper, olives, and raisins. Cook for 5 minutes.
5. Roll out dough, cut into circles, place filling in the center, fold, and seal edges.
6. Brush with beaten egg and bake for 20 minutes until golden.
