Where does Our Cow’s seafood come from?
Our Cow sources wild caught seafood primarily from Australian suppliers. As Australia does not have wild caught salmon, our Wild Caught Sockeye Salmon is sourced directly from the pristine waters of Antartica. All seafood is chosen with a focus on responsible fishing practices and transparency around sourcing.
Is Our Cow’s seafood fresh or frozen?
Seafood is snap frozen after being caught to lock in freshness and quality. This process helps preserve flavour and texture, particularly when seafood is delivered Australia wide, and ensures it arrives in excellent condition.
How should I store seafood once it arrives?
Seafood arrives frozen and should be placed in the freezer as soon as possible. When you are ready to use it, thaw seafood in the fridge to maintain quality and food safety.
