Dumpling Lasagna

Ingredients:

  • 500g Our Cow Grass Fed Beef Mince
  • 3 shallots, sliced
  • 1 tbsp minced ginger
  • 1 tbsp grated garlic
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 30 wonton wrappers
  • 2 tbsp chicken stock
  • Chilli crisp, to serve
  • Shallots, to serve 
  • Sesame seeds, to serve 

Method:

  1. In a large bowl, mix the Our Cow Grass Fed Beef Mince, shallots, ginger, garlic, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil. 
  2. Grease a baking dish with a little sesame oil. Dip the wonton wrappers in water and layer the bottom of the dish - it’s fine if there is some overlapping. 
  3. Spread a thin layer of the meat filling, then repeat these layers until all the ingredients are used up. Pour chicken stock over the top layer of wonton wrappers. 
  4. Heat a large saucepan with water. Once it starts simmering, add the baking dish. Cover the saucepan with a lid and steam for about 20-25 minutes. 
  5. Once cooked, top with a little soy sauce, chilli crisp, shallots, and a sprinkling of sesame seeds. 
  6. Enjoy!
