A traditional Pastrami, this Grass Fed smoked beef is brined and then smoked for 10 hours over Australian Hardwood, plus is nitrate free. 

Ingredients: Free range beef 97%, water, salt, celery extract, rosemary extract, yeast extract, honey, pepper, brown sugar, paprika, coriander, garlic, onion powder, mustard.

Keep refrigerated: store at or below 4°c

Ready to eat: after opening take out of packaging, store unused product in fridge wrapped in foil & consume within 4–5 days. can be frozen.
