Our grass fed lamb leg roast comes from Australian lambs raised on open pastures, free from added hormones and antibiotics, delivering clean, rich flavour and natural tenderness. It roasts beautifully in the oven or on the BBQ, staying juicy inside with a crisp, golden finish that makes it a true centrepiece for any family meal.
Preparation Instructions: Roast in the oven at 180°C for 1.5 hours.
