Cooking Tips

For a traditional roast, season generously and start with a high oven temperature to develop colour and flavour before reducing the heat to finish cooking.

Preparation Instructions:
Preheat oven to 250°C (230°C fan forced). Season the roast according to your preference and cook for 15 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 180°C (160°C fan forced) and continue roasting for approximately 35 minutes per 500g, or until cooked to your preferred doneness.
